Ryan abaab2ce9b Add -m32 gcc flag to udns build. 
This is a temporary fix until V8 supports 64bit systems natively.

Ryan 41d89f611f Add DNS API. 
Missing functional tests. I'm not sure how to do tests because I don't want
to rely on the fact that users have an internet connection.
