Bert Belder 24def66293 win,msi: warn that older io.js needs manual uninstall 
Because the UpgradeCode changes with version 1.0.2, older versions won't
be uninstalled automatically. This patch puts a warning in the
installer.

Scott Blomquist 8164b2fda7 windows/msi: more installer enhancements 
Noteworthy installer improvements provided here:
* Support in the Installer UI for not installing shortcuts.
* Support in the Installer UI for choosing a custom install directory.
* Command line support for not installing shortcuts (ADDDEFAULT=nodejs)
* Command line support for custom install directory (INSTALLDIR=c:\tools\node)
