Roman Reiss	f29762f4dd	test: enable linting for tests ... Enable linting for the test directory. A number of changes was made so all tests conform the current rules used by lib and src directories. The only exception for tests is that unreachable (dead) code is allowed. test-fs-non-number-arguments-throw had to be excluded from the changes because of a weird issue on Windows CI. isaacs	3e1b1dd4a9	Remove excessive copyright/license boilerplate ... The copyright and license notice is already in the LICENSE file. Ben Noordhuis	7266b75779	test: move broadcast/multicast test to internet/ ... Move parallel/test-dgram-broadcast-multi-process to test/internet. The test does not play nice with firewalls that restrict broadcast or multicast traffic, nor can it be rewritten to use only loopback traffic without running into platform-specific limitations, see also commits 52e600a and 236533c (TODO: update second one before landing.)
