Nathan Rajlich 39ce94276a addon: use absolute paths for the node include dirs 
This fixes running gyp_addon from across filesystems on Windows.

This is essentially a gyp bug where it's not relativizing properly
across filesystems. See TooTallNate/node-gyp#15 for the gory details.

Evented I/O for V8 javascript. Build Status

To build:

Unix/Macintosh (requires python 2.6 or 2.7):

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat

To run the tests:

Unix/Macintosh:

make test

Windows:

vcbuild.bat test

make doc
