Nathan Rajlich a608f65b24 repl: preserve the cursor when redisplaying the prompt on SIGCONT 
Otherwise the cursor position was being reset to 0, even when there was
already part of a line, which was strange.

To build:

Unix/Macintosh (requires python 2.6 or 2.7):

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat

To run the tests:

make test
