Ben Noordhuis ce1b33a9dc v8: remove optimization switches 
Remove compiler switches from $(TOPLEVEL)/deps/v8/build/common.gypi,
we set them globally in $(TOPLEVEL)/common.gypi.

Commit 7b4d95a introduced the switches again, resulting in V8 getting
built without any optimizations.

This commit is essentially a rehash of commit 4b8629d.

Evented I/O for V8 javascript. Build Status

To build:

Prerequisites (Unix only):

* Python 2.6 or 2.7
* GNU Make 3.81 or newer
* libexecinfo (FreeBSD and OpenBSD only)

Unix/Macintosh:

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat

To run the tests:

Unix/Macintosh:

make test

Windows:

vcbuild.bat test

To build the documentation:

make doc

To read the documentation:

man doc/node.1
