Closing handle is leaked when setTimeout called with arguments which are
1. a callback
2. zero delay
(i.e. setTimeout(function(){}, 0); )

To build:

Unix/Macintosh (requires python >= 2.5.2):

./configure
make
make install

Windows:

vcbuild.bat

To run the tests:

Unix/Macintosh:

make test

vcbuild.bat test

make doc
